The Philippine Association of Beaumont Texas (PABT) is a non-profit organization committed to providing unwavering support, resources, and opportunities for the empowerment and advancement of Filipino communities in Southeast Texas. Our mission is to ensure the lasting growth and prosperity of the Filipino community through programs and projects that promote cultural, educational, and socio-economic development.
PROGRAMS & PROJECTS
PABT offers a variety of programs and projects that aim to promote the cultural, educational, and socio-economic development of the Filipino community in Southeast Texas. Our current initiatives include: scholarships for higher education, cultural festivals and events, community outreach programs, leadership and skills training, and disaster relief efforts.
Scholarship Program
Our scholarship program provides financial assistance to deserving Filipino-American students in Southeast Texas who are pursuing higher education. We believe that education is the key to success and we want to ensure that all members of our community have access to quality education.
Community Outreach Programs
Our community outreach programs aim to provide assistance and support to Filipino families and individuals in need. We partner with other organizations and agencies to offer services such as health fairs, food drives, and legal clinics.
Disaster Relief Efforts
In times of crisis, PABT is committed to providing disaster relief efforts to members of the Filipino community in Southeast Texas. We work with local and national organizations to provide emergency assistance and support to those affected by natural disasters and other crises.
Cultural Festivals and Events
PABT hosts and supports various cultural festivals and events throughout the year to celebrate the rich history and traditions of the Filipino community. These events provide a platform for community members to showcase their talents and share their cultural heritage with others.
Leadership and Skills Training
PABT offers leadership and skills training programs to equip members of the Filipino community with the knowledge and skills necessary to become effective leaders and successful professionals. Our programs focus on areas such as public speaking, project management, and networking.
